Typical Belks, but I’ve noticed that all Belks store aren’t as clean as they used to be. Random clothes on the floor/wrong racks, cramped areas to walk, and the carpet - oh my goodness- clean the carpet!

Store has quit carrying items I like such as Brighton and NYDJ. Another problem is I have back issues and have a handicapped tag. All the parking places are taken up by people who are not. Hoover police say they can't do anything until the manager complains. Also have talked to the manager regarding bathroom doors. There is not a way for someone in wheel chair to get in. The doors are so heavy that I can barely open them. He says he would look into it. He didn't do that either. I guess I will leave belk and go to vonmaur.

Got me and my daughter tennis shoes. mine are adaddis and hers are coach they was on sale, and they honored my husband's military card for discount left paying just under 100 bucks!!! Was super busy but I'm happy and so is she!
