Atlas Appliance Repair is the best! I'm all about people who answer the phone, show up on time, know what they're talking about and work with skill and efficiency. Sam Hamm has done two repairs at my house, on the washing machine and refrigerator and I have absolute confidence in his work. He's a super-nice guy, and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

So easy to book an appointment (took maybe 30 seconds), gave me a choice of two hour windows and called when the tech was running slightly behind - so much better than “a week from today” and “sometime between 8 and 5” a national chain we’ve used before gave us. Cancelled the other guys and went with them. Unfortunately, the repair was going to cost more than replacing the machine, but no pressure about it at all, the tech was able to quickly pinpoint the problem and then let me know when they would be able to get the part by and come back to fix it.
