My appointment was at 7:15. I arrived at 6:55. I was in an exam room by 7:00 and left after my procedure at 7:13. Dr. Westhoven is always so friendly, kind and caring. She listens to what I have to say and always answers my questions. She is very thorough. Her assistant Julie was also friendly and kind. As always, great appointment.

I had problems with acne for years and no products I tried worked. I was recommended Jamie Dunn by a friend and met with her via teleheath since I live a few hours away. After one appointment she was able to diagnose me and get me on a skincare routine that completely cleared up my acne! It's been a year now and I still have no issues!

Jamie Dunn is an excellent dermatologist who is highly professional. They discovered six months ago that they no longer do telemed visits for patients that live outside of the state of Alabama . When I called to update my insurance prior to my appointment. I would have been fine and had time to locate another dermatologist in my area if they had told me six months ago. I was unable to get a refill for my prescription or anything. If they had kept me updated, I would have rated them five stars.
