I went to see Dr. Cool two weeks ago with shoulder and neck pain. He explained to me what might be wrong and ordered an MRI.I was told that the results were in but I would have to wait until Dr. Cool looked at them and that would be the next day. I've called them repeatedly about this and still don't know what the MRI showed and can't get anyone to call me back after leaving a message. It would be different if I weren't in pain. I am very disappointed that I chose this office!
I recently had an appointment here to see Dr. Maddox to get my hands examined. He was recommended to me. At arrival, the lobby was packed and this freaked me out , as I was on a limited time schedule. Everything went smoothly and quickly despite how busy things were. The front reception staff were friendly as were the X-Ray technician. My visit was pretty straight forward. A quick discussion with Dr. Maddox regarding what I was experiencing. I was given a prescription and hand braces. However, I was confused as to why we didn't review the X-rays taken. Nevertheless, I'm hoping for some much needed relief from carpal tunnel symptoms I've been having as of late. Dr. Maddox was very professional and listened to my concerns.
I had complete left hip replacement Sept 1,2020. Went home the same day as surgery. My only complaint is not enough comunication between Dr. And patient. Only problem i had was how to care for my operation site. All in all , 6 weeks out from surgery. I'm doing great, finished theropy.Therapist, said that couldn't tell i just had complete hip surgery. Wish I had known about Dr Cool sooner and gotten surgery earlier. I could have been spared a lot of pain.with the help from God, and surgery I'm 71 years old, and feel better than i have in about 21/2 to 3 years.
