I was very pleased with Jeff's knowledge and information he gave me. Having an honest and thorough inspection is what I expected and most certainly what I received. I left the inspection feeling confident with the results. I appreciated the fact he advised me to call with any questions and his report was awesome with loads of photos and videos which really proved all findings.
Jeff is highly professional, organized, and punctual. He does not passively walk through to inspect a property - he inspects every aspect and provides detailed assessments, references to applicable codes and standards, and offers potential recommendations as needed throughout his inspection report. He has inspected every property I’ve purchased / had interest in, and I will continue to ask him to inspect any in the future. Excellent work, Jeff!
Jeff did an amazing job on my home inspection. He took 6 hours going through my potential new home and found several issues that needed to be resolved. I would recommend Jeff to anyone! He is the best!
