First time using 3D. Both our AC unit failed over the Memorial Day weekend. The downstairs unit fail on Saturday and the upstairs unit Sunday. We called Tuesday and they were here on Wednesday. Got the upstairs unit up and running. Downstairs needed parts. Friday alls cool! Professional, Friendly, Communicative, Thorough and on time. Saved us a lot of money by checking on warranties, remember to get the extended warranty's. Saved us thousands $$$.
