Mean Rude Vibes
The guy was shaking the whole time doing a client & watching the lady do my pedi
First time getting Pedicure will never return
Hard foot rest I asked for a thicker tower 2 put under my feet was ignored or maybe she didn't understand English
I asked to cut toenails all the way down
He told me get out cuz I'm to picky
Long story short
They want 2 do what they want how they want nevermind if u r comfortable or not
I was happy 2 leave & went right down the street made that same simple request & got the job done fairly nicely & quickly

I had to give them a one star to even be able to leave feed back so my first time using usa nails in hueytown omg ket me tell yall don't waste your time or money the owner is a man he is rude unprofessional as I don't know what I have used nails salons all over an dead awesome experience but here they need to be shut down the man shakes so much he had my real.nails so covered in glue and cracked he told ne to leave because he didn't like that I told him my nails was cracked if I'm paying for something I wnat it did right like anyone wouldService: French manicures

I could not even get a hello or a formal greeting before he barked at me and told me that they were only taking “regular” customers mind you they were damn near empty in the middle of the day ? we are almost 3 years in a pandemic my number one priority wasn’t maintaining my “regular” status at a nail shop, won’t be back
