Very nice employee. Could not ask for a more polite, informative and helpful person. Good news, I haven't seen a rat. I put the sticky pads out, and they are all empty so far. Maybe the rats are gone. Thank you so much.. ewwww. I hate rats.

We have used Guaranty Pest Control for termite inspections and pest services for decades now. We've always received excellent service and their technicians know their craft extremely well and they ALWAYS arrive on time. Today, 09/18/2019, we had our annual termite inspection and Zack was our technician. We checked out great with no termites. We were so happy. Zack knows everything about termites and he also has a really kind personality and he was super nice to my brother Tim. Over the phone, Delia was so nice when I scheduled our appointment.
