They took good care of my mom’s body and made her looked beautiful at the viewing. She looked like she was sleeping. Thank you for that. However I don’t appreciate the lady not being upfront about an economy package when we first asked her about it. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Also I don’t not appreciate the dark skinned women with the short hair and glasses in the front office for being rude and unprofessional. Her alone will make me not return for any future business. There is no professional services that you pay for. The best part of their service to me was the presentation of the body. I was the responsible party for paying for the services and I was left out of the communications because they say the spouse was who they were concerned with. I had a problem with Cappanel not being as requested. They did not inscribed what we had discussed. Asked for a refund and asked to speak to the owner to no avail. No return call from him. The employee I dealt was not receptive to my request and basically told me that he didn't care if they lose my business in the future.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER THE DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON THE BODY THEY HAD NO COMPASSION FOR OUR FAMILY AND OVER CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY EXTORT YOUR FAMILY WHILE GRIEVING!!!
