Elizabeth Smith, was my therapist and she was outstanding at times I was ready to tell I ad enough but she stayed on me and it was worth it.And she was VERY PROFESSIONAL. I came in to get some help for my knees. They started to hurt after several years of playing catcher in baseball.
Lizzy and Dustin were able to find the root of the problems being in my hips, which I probably would’ve never figured out on my own! I’m very thankful for their help and encouragement throughout the process. And now I have the tools to make sure my knees don’t go bad again.
