Due to a storm that caused leakage and damage to the interior of our home, I called Brookstone Restoration. Cody. the project manager, came out immediately. He did an assessment of the damages. He quickly reported back the estimate cost of repairs. Brookstone office staff, the workers, who did the repairs and the project manager Cody were very professional. When work began Cody was there to informs us of every detail that was to be done. He would often check back on the progress being made and when the job was completed, he asked if the work was satisfactory. I will say that I’ve probably received the best service from Brookstore than I have from anyone else in a while. Had some water damage and wasn’t sure the extent of the damage, so I contacted Brookstone. Tyler and another crew member (sorry I can’t remember her name) showed up in less than 30 minutes to check it out. Unfortunately, there was mold but they got remediation scheduled and completed quickly. Austin and Noah showed up, removed all the molded material. They were great. Answered all my questions, did an amazing job and was out.

I highly recommend Brookstone Renovations. They were the absolute best! They worked closely with my insurance company and started work as soon as it was approved. The water extraction team responded to my flooded kitchen, arriving within a short time and started the process of extracting water and drying. My Project Manager was Ryan and he was phenomenal during the restoration process. Extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. Very knowledgeable and always checked the work to make sure I was satisfied.Brookstone Renovation will be my #1 contact should I need assistance again in the future.
