Staff is always helpful. They're wonderful to my animals. However, HIS attitude is rude and can be offensive to many. I know he is old and doesn't like people calling yet he answers the office phone with an attitude. He has been extremely rude to me 2X. If you question about a price or two he will make you feel petty and gaslights you. He's definitely old and mean.

I can't recommend Dr. Gaines enough to people. My oldest cat has seen him multiple times, and recently, I was scared he'd want to put him down. Nah, he wanted to do everything he could to avoid euthanasia. He also handled a secondary concern free of charges!

They were absolutely fantastic! I called this morning around 9ish to make an appointment to get my fur babies' first shots and all done. We were outta there by 11:00. They had both my fur babies in and out within an hour. Thank y'all so much again!They are open on Saturday till 12 :)
