I don’t live in the area but I know every time I’m in the area I will be attending a class. The instructors are amazing and you can clearly tell they have passion for what they do. I love how you can feel the energy to push you beyond your limit. Be ready to sweat and feel great!
This session was so inviting & intense (in every good way i needed). Coach J is prompt, personable, encouraging and patient as he trains the class, teaching skills that are useful to working out, but also applicable in life, (self defense). The music is a vibe & everyone pushes each other to make it to the end! Each round caters to another body part & you’ll definitely feel the work you’re putting in !! I was invited to attend this class while visiting from out of state & it was definitely enough motivation to BE DRIVEN even when i return home !
Let me start with home away from home. I love the family atmosphere and the team building/partner workouts. From beginners to athletes, the owner and great coaches are skilled and certified to train.
