My initial experience with Aux for plumbing was prompt and positive, leading me to use them for HVAC maintenance. During this service, a filtration system was added. However, just over a month later, my 7-year-old unit stopped working. Despite having a membership plan, I was told there was a $149 call-out charge for a Sunday, so I waited until Monday. I was told a fuse blew and the wiring wasn't up to code. The technician(Adam) couldn't explain why the fuse blew, quoted hundreds of dollars for repair, tried to sell a new unit, and asked for a 5-star review. My unit's fuse hadn't blown in 6 years, but it did a month after their service. This felt very fishy and left me feeling taken advantage of, completely eroding my trust in their service quality, especially when my membership didn't seem to offer the value I expected.
