Reviews
I love this car wash! Friendly people work hard at this place. The lady manager Misty is always smiling and helpful. She always goes above and beyond to help. She always makes me feel special and that's rare these days. Thanks Rich's!
I have been a customer for years at Rich’s in Bay Minette and the two employees working there this morning were the kindest most patient workers we have ever experienced there. The young man helping pay was the sweetest fella and the lady was all smiles. It’s was a pleasure to visit today we will be back because of this. Thank you for improving.
