I will never use this business again to file my taxes after my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My husband had gone to see Shelton a couple hours before me because I was at work. I came in to meet with my husband to finalize the taxes and sign papers, and Shelton not once looked up to greet me as I walked in the office. Right off the bat, he was very cold and stand-offish.

I was recommended to Shelton by family members as he’s done their taxes for years. Upon calling and requesting for him, he was nothing but cold, rude, and disrespectful by not even willing to hear me out on my issue. He immediately declined multiple times and while he was definitely a lot of things, professional wasn’t one of ‘em. Thanks for all your help!
