I really appreciated the owner of this company coming by to assist with the repair of my unit. He made sure that everything was working properly. Amazing customer service! My in-laws were having issues with their thermostat right before the winter storm. Prior to calling David at Super Cool, we had called in another local guy and he claimed he couldn’t repair the issue, which seemed a little odd. So, David was next on the list and they showed up and repaired the issue in no time! So thankful for their knowledge and excellent customer service in such short notice! Don’t sleep on these guys! They’ll take great care of you and/or your family! We will be using them for all of our central heat & air needs!!!
