I told Yaya I wanted my daughter‘s hair braided. Her hair is extremely thick and long, a lot to manage with a sensitive scalp that can’t take tight braids. My daughter didn’t even feel it. It’s absolutely 😍 Thank you, she was a God sent and finished in 4 hrs. She was so gentle

She does good hair but if her business has been slow that week/month her prices are high I paid $180 for a full head of medium box braides, which was awesome, i went back a few months later for the same style paid $280 she swore she never charged me $180 before, I returned again because she does good work and she charged me $280 for 15-20 large notless braides. Same price as a full head of regular braides, I asked how much for 5 braides to the scap she said $240 .......her prices are based on how much she's made during that week or month and that's not good business

I always come with my own hair and I have never had a problem with Yaya. She is a very fast braider. I’ve been to other braiding shops and I’ve had my hair pulled, snatched, and combed roughly but I can truly say that Yaya’s hair braiding does not do any of these things.
