I will highly recommend Jesee and Josh. If I could give 100 stars I would because they came out at 10 PM to do a service check and I needed to get my septic tank pumped and these boys didn’t leave until 7 AM because they made sure that we were taken care of. When I say they went above and beyond, please believe that they did everything to get us right I had called several plumbing services and I’m very glad that I went with Roto-Rooter because I don’t think that I could’ve gotten a better service from anybody else. Chace was great! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & kept us informed the whole way. He explained every step & gave us some great tips for maintaining our system. Exemplary service especially for a Sunday night at 7:30pm!
Daniel Clayton was my service tech for Roto Rooter. He was prompt and extraordinarily polite. He new how to do his job and did it efficiently. He diagnosed my plumbing issue within 20 minutes. It was not what I thought it was thank Goodness. Roto Rooter was in contact with me throughout the entire process and were very professional. I highly recommend them.
