We needed help with our heat on a Sunday. Our heat was not working on a very cold night/morning. Everyone in the call center and dispatch were very helpful. Trevor, the technician that came to help was there very quickly and took care of the problem quickly. It's nice to have the heat working now. Thank you for all the great service!

This may seem like a silly endorsement of a company, but I just have to say that every time I see one of their vans out around town, their drivers are very courteous and follow the traffic laws. I had the good fortune to be driving in a blinding rain storm one morning, and an RMS HVAC van was behind me. Yes, I'd slowed down due to the rain, and I'm sure it was annoying that I was doing less than the speed limit. The van driver still stayed back and kept a respectful distance. THAT kind of thing is what makes me choose a company!
