On time delivery, neede dumpster longer than anticipated. Staff seamlessly transitioned to daily rental, called day prior to scheduled pick still behind schedule on project staffed scheduled pickup for end of day allowing me to finish project. Will use for all my trash removal needs?

Great customer service!!! I will be using them again. I would also highly recommend to family and friends. No hassle with ordering, drop off or pick up.I accidentally order the wrong size dumpster and the sweet lady at the office was such a big help in correcting my mistake. All around great people and easy to work with.I also loved that they give you up to 14 days rental. (included in the price)I didn’t feel rushed to get the job done. Compared to others that only give you 3 - 7 day rentals.

I called and made reservations for a dumpster to be delivered to my home. The person on the phone spoke very kindly and professionally. They delivered the dumpster to my home and even allowed me to keep the dumpster for a few days longer than I had intended. Of course I paid a small fee for the extra days. The drivers called to let me know they were on their way to pick up the dumpster on the day that it was to leave my yard, loaded it up and took it back. The whole experience was very professional, and I will definitely use this company again probably sooner than later.
