“I purchased an industrial Juki from these guys. I ordered during the holidays so I had the pleasure of dealing with a few different employees and was handed off based on their availability. Both Allen and Bruce were excellent to deal with. They steered me towards a much better machine that fit my needs. Being only an hour and a half away I was able to pickup my new machine in person. I got to hang around both Bruce and Joe who gave this beginner a crash course in how to operate and maintain my machine. I had a 10/10 experience and will be returning for all my equipment here.
