My a/c and additional electrical functions went out in my RV…in August….in Alabama! I needed help fast. In stepped RV Urgent Care to quickly and knowledgeably correct the problem. I was very much appreciative of their rapid response, thorough diagnosis and quick solution to get my RV back on track and cool again! I will definitely use their services again and gave a huge thank you for a job well done!
We had our water heater go out while traveling from the north to the south. Good Sam Concierge was no help in finding a qualified shop to replace it. Once we arrived at our site at Camp Gulf, we were told that Billy from RV Urgent Care was to person to call and that he was the "go to" person for most people in the park. I called Billy late on a Friday. Has able to come look at our unit first thing the following Monday. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done, immediately called his suppliers and located the correct replacement 2 1/2 hours away. Great service was camping in opp had a good rain that snapped our awning they responded with in a hr of us calling and was able to fix it and let us continue our vacation very friendly and helpful will use them again if ever needed
