If I could give 10 stars⭐, I would. We had been using another company due to the home warranty we had, but I wasn't happy with their customer service or their ability to diagnose issues. When the warranty ran out and we were still having trouble, I called Roger's Refrigeration.
They were able to find the problem within 5 minutes, really! We needed a new evaporator and they ordered it Friday night and they were able to install it by the next Thursday.
Javis (Jay) knows what he's doing and does the job right the first time around. He is professional and polite. Their prices are also very reasonable.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Roger’s Refrigeration, and overall we’ve been pleased with our experience.
We did experience some frustrating communication issues with the manager after the installation regarding our thermostat replacement, as the wrong thermostat had initially been installed. However, the owner personally came to our home, installed the correct thermostat, sincerely apologized for the miscommunication, and assured us he would address the issues that led to it. That level of accountability meant a lot to us.

The business is very professional! They were quickly able to respond to and restore my old central air/heating unit. Jarvis Nelson, specifically, had a very good personality. I would highly recommend Rogers.
