Bobby spent about four hours on my issue regarding the Wi-Fi connection on my desktop computer . He remoted into my computer, and spent the majority of the afternoon, trying to correct my issue by using all of his MacGyver tricks and fixes with no luck. We then spoke on the phone for about another hour, and came up with a sound game Plan to fix my problem by reloading the operating system which he offered to walk me through. he’s very friendly and professional and knowledgeable, and he didn’t charge me for all the time he spent with me. Highly recommend this business. Kurt
