The repairman was very professional and informative. As it turned out, we didn't need to do anything to our refrigerator yet. He also helped with our oven. They called the day before to let us know when to expect someone the next day. It all went great.

I have a reason why I’m giving them a 4 stars.I bought a washing machine from them. We brought it home and it shook like crazy! We just thought it was because we couldn’t get it leveled. Turns out the washing machine was messed up. I was out of my 30-warranty, but I decided to give them a call anyways.I explained to them the situation, and even tho I was out of my warranty, they let me bring it in for repairs.Instead of repairing it, they swapped it out, and gave me a more upgraded and newer washing machine. Most awesome people. Refrigerator went out during the Holidays. And they didn't hesitate to come open the store after hours in 20⁰ weather to help me out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
