A/C stopped cooling today and the high is going to be 92. Called at 11 am and was added to the schedule. 3:25 pm - I got a text that the tech was on the way. Included his picture and his ratings. He called right after to let me know approximately how long it would take to get here. He's very helpful & very professional. Great representation of this company. I'll definitely be using them in the future & would recommend them to anyone!! Great job!!

The best I've ever experienced in the area. I thought Dunn's was a good service until I had no choice but to use valley. Valley is the only thing I know, suggest, and prefer for anyone in the Oxford, aniston, and surrounding areas. These guys were flexible enough to accommodate all of my schedule changes and needs. Research was done on my issues before the work was even quoted/started was amazing, no guessing,, I've never had a service to really take time and do this..
