Choosing Timberline was not a hard decision. Far from it. I called more than one place prior to Timberline Homes and didn’t get much of anywhere. As soon as I began asking the hard questions the ship began to sink. I’m not investing my money in a company that I cannot count on to do the right thing. That was never an issue from the time I made contact with Timberline they were warm, knowledgeable, and professional, all of which are traits I value.

At first, I wasn't sure which option to choose given the wide diversity of choices here. They are quite the people pleasers and have houses to suit almost everyone's budget. They will assist you in finding homes when you come ad make a visit. They made sure we got the house we wanted. I'm overjoyed to have chosen a gorgeous house with all the amenities I want.

I have been renting an apartment in one form or another since I was in college. I wanted to take some steps into home ownership but my finances weren't up to my dreams. Being able to buy a manufactured home turned out to be the best thing for me. I got to get out of the renting grind and make some progress in establishing my own assets.
