Requested style: I normally just have my bangs trimmed and occasionally get my ends trimmed.

Stylist: Once I walked in after being in the hospital for 30 days & my hair was all tangled to the point that it seemed like they were going to have to cut it off short.(It has been long for many years.) Karen worked on it for a good while and Maria jumped in to help comb out all the knots. They got all the tangles out and only had to trim off a little. I was so happy with the outcome and they were so kind to do that for me in my time of need! I can't say enough good things about them.?❣️“
