They USED to be great. Now terrible! I think they are out of business. I paid $360 on an annual service. They have not come out and they do not answer the phone. I cannot get my money back.
The regular guy had to stop working and the next guy came out and was there about 10 minutes and seen more bugs than i ever had i tried to call them and tell them but couldn’t get ahold of anyone to tell them they needed to respray like they said they would do if the bug still was there and he is wanting me to pay for services that didn’t work. Also i tried calling them to report this situation but it just made a crazy fax machine noise and previous issues were dealt with as was told.
