Nail Oasis is a family-friendly salon with a sweet owner. The service might be hit or miss, but they did an A+ job on acrylic nails. Some customers felt the prices were high for the service provided, and one mentioned a lack of attention to detail. However, overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, and many customers have been satisfied for years.
I've been a customer for 15years and never had a bad experience. I feel like Miss Congeniality when I'm getting my nails done. I love the owners and the family friendly environment they provide.
The employees are friendly but so rough on your nails. The guy doing my nails cut my fingers by filing too hard, and also cut my cuticles in several places. I saw some unsanitary practices (using the same pummel stone on me as the person before me and just washing it in the water my feet were soaking in). Great people, just too bad the place is overall unsanitary.
We've used Nail Oasis before and over the years it's been hit or miss. Today we were in Marshall County and my girls wanted their nails done. The owner is so sweet... they weren't super busy... and They did An A+ job. these are the best looking acrylics I've seen in a while.
