We experienced a few minor issues with our last service, but Brad, the Pest Control Manager, followed up and came to our residence and corrected the items. He was very nice and professional and we truly appreciated his care and concern.

We are very pleased with our service.The technician Mike went above and beyond and is so incredibly nice and personable. He has been working for cooks for 37 years and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to! Cooks is lucky to have him!
