Me & my fiance needed an inspection in a small time frame & they made it work quicker than expected! The Higgins were awesome & made the process alot easier than I thought it would be! They explained everything that needed attention/fixed very well, especially since I didn't have any knowledge in those areas . Their final report went into great details. We will for sure be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Very detailed. Which is key for first time home buyers who know nothing. Higgins home inspections have done two house inspections for us and have saved us from buying a huge problematic house. So thankful for their detailed report not to mention how they walked me through step by step of the problems explaining the ends and outs of the house. They are very kind and professional and honest . Highly recommend 10 out 10!
