Micheal Higgins at Higgins Home Inspections was very thorough and found every flaw in the home we were considering purchasing. Afterward, he sent pictures and a complete explanation of everything he found. He invited us to ask any follow questions we had, which we took advantage of. My son who is knowledgeable of most building construction had a phone conference with Micheal later and he explained every detail of his findings again which I couldn’t completely understand. I’m glad we chose this company and would highly recommend.
