We had to put down our family dog, and everyone at the clinic was very thoughtful and respectful during the whole process. The vet even talked my 6 year old though everything when she had questions.
My one year old cat had a tumble the other day and she was in pain on and off all day in her left hind leg. I was so worried and when I called they said they would see her the same day. They were quick and the doctor and staff were so wonderful. I’m a first time pet owner and my anxiety was through the roof that I had panic attack before going in. The level of compassion the doctor and techs showed to me and my baby Calypso was amazing! I also appreciate them explaining everything in detail of what could be going on. I definitely will be going back and will be recommending this place to others as well
Today my 10 year old caught a kitten. It didn’t look well- I had no clue what to do so I ran to Twin City where I seem to run every time there is a problem with one of my animals. Dr. Debbie a few years back answered a phone call on a Sunday- I think it was even Mother’s Day(I’m not sure she was on-call even). Anyways she helped us through one of the worst days as a family- we had to say goodbye to our sweet Wrigley girl. But Dr. Debbie made sure it was as beautiful and as peaceful as it could be. Fast forward to today… we capture said cat. I’m a nurse and do people so I run her to twin city- with my 10 year old geared up to wrangle a tiger 🐅 . No appt nothing just show up with 3 kids and a sickly kitten- (definitely NOT ferrel tiger material like I was thinking.) They hurried us back to a room where we were met by the most amazing Vet Techs (aka Vet Nurses). They looked over sweet Mr. Pickles and said he was so cold 95.5 and might perk back up with some food and warmth but if I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money just take him home and see how it goes. We were reassured. He is home and resting comfortably and warm for the first time in a while. Thank you to everyone who welcomes/ed my zoo every time we walk in the door- the good times and the bad times. We appreciate you ALL!!!!! Oh and let’s not forget about Dr Mike and his amazing fish hook removal skills as well. Thank you animal Doctors and nurses you are simply amazing!! From the Leck Zoo. 💙
