which we felt was reasonable. They started work in a 4 day break from the rainy spring weather of this year. Our instructions to K-Bay were do do the job as if the home was theirs, and they complied. They found some roof damage which of course was added to the initial estimate. The Zimmerman brothers were, cheerful, accommodating and above all professional. If you’re looking for a cheap job, go elsewhere. But we wanted a quality job, and they produced.“
