Fantastic experience! Staff was friendly, and very personable.I orignally had an appointment to get my oil changed, but I realized on my way in that I DESPARATELY needed winter tires. This sĥop was willing to adjust my appointment and replace my tires last minute at the start of the season. I so appreciated it, as I don't know if I would have made it home safe otherwise. Thank you!

Overalls great! I had paid a deposit to get my tires ordered from Anchorage, and brought my car in a week later to get the tires switched, took maybe an hour and a half, standard. Customer service was truly great, nothing significant happened, but the man I spoke to not only over the phone, but in person were wonderful. Great interactions throughout the whole time and felt very welcoming. Only thing I guess that wasn’t the BEST was that my alignment is a bit worse than it was previously, and I had some grease spots on my door side and steering wheel cover which I washed off with no problem so no biggie!! Will definetly come back in the future for my tires in the spring!:)

Great mechanics at Midas they do great mechanic work they installed my new inner an outer tie rods on my car but when I left the shop that didn’t resolve the clunking/popping sound in my front end while turning the sound was still there pretty sure it’s my cv axle that’s bad but wasn’t told about it by Midas that’s the only disappointment I have about my experience
