Carly is wonderful. I recently had my first appointment and had never had acupuncture before. She was great with explaining the benefits of this medicine as well as answering all questions I had. During treatment she did an excellent job of telling me what she was doing and why as well as what sensations I may expect. She checked in with me after acupuncture needles were in place to assure I felt safe and comfortable. The actual treatment was amazing and I recommend to anyone with stress, illness, and/or anyone who wants to increase wellness in their life. Carly's treatment space is very therapeutic and naturally encourages you to relax. After treatment I felt very relaxed (which was my initial goal of treatment). I have already booked more appointments with her and will continue to see her for more care. She is a natural healer and has much to offer everyone who comes through her doors! Go see her!

I booked a 90 minute massage (Swedish and deep tissue) and Sarah did not disappoint! I had to book via text and she was great at communicating and answering all my questions in a timely manner! Her little suite is very inviting and relaxing and so is her personality! I would highly recommend! My only regret is that I don't live in Alaska, so I won't be able to get another massage like it!
