I had an amazing first session of many with Michele. I was literally walking straighter when I came up off of the table, and have been so for several days afterward. She really understands bodies very well, and was able to share her observations of the patterning that she was seeing. She gave me the deep pressure that I really like which most therapists in my experience don't provide, and was able to target it in areas where I could breathe into the tension to let it release, instead of just cruising past the parts that really wanted attention.
