I went in to ask questions and I thought to purchase new dead bolts because mine were not working right, hard to open and close. The owner said, it sounds like they need lubricant and showed me the kind. Instead of selling me something I apparently didn’t need he told me how to fix mine for a few dollars. I highly recommend Valley Locksmiths and will recommend and use them from here on.
