Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Center is a highly regarded veterinary practice that has earned the trust and appreciation of its clients. The staff, led by the knowledgeable and honest Dr. Schmidt, consistently provide exceptional care and support to pet owners during both joyful and difficult times. Whether it's emergency surgery, cancer treatment, or end-of-life care, the team at Tier 1 goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their patients and the comfort of their clients. Clients have praised the kindness, consideration, and professionalism of the entire staff, who strive to make even the most challenging situations as positive and pleasant as possible. While many clients have had great experiences with the doctors and their techs, some have pointed out issues with the reception staff. For instance, one client mentioned a frustrating wait time and a lack of communication regarding their appointment. Although the care provided was appreciated, the reception experience left them feeling unacknowledged. Another client reported a misunderstanding during a phone call, which was later clarified by the owner, who was polite and understanding. Overall, while Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Center is known for its quality services and care, there is room for improvement in customer communication, especially during busy times.
We have five dogs and a couple of them have had recent emergencies. If not for Tier 1 they probably wouldn’t be with us anymore. The hours they are open give me peace of mind that I can take my dog in even late into the evening and the staff has been awesome. Thank you for being there for us and for the Valley. It’s reassuring to know that we have a great, full-service Vet nearby that is open long hours and seven days a week.
Tier 1 has been my go-to veterinary clinic for years, and every single experience I’ve had with them has been exceptional. It’s rare to find a facility that is not only state-of-the-art but also genuinely family-owned and operated with the level of heart, care, and professionalism they bring to this community.
From general visits to multiple surgeries across different pets, their team has consistently shown skill, compassion, urgency, and integrity in the way they treat both animals and owners. I don’t ever leave reviews but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the Tier 1 team. I had to bring my dog in for a dental emergency late at night and they treated me with compassion and great customer service. They took very good care of my little guy. While it wasn’t “cheap” they offered a ton of options for payment and did a wonderful job. They have a very comfortable and clean facility that made it a lot more bearable to be dealing with a scary emergency and where I felt comfortable leaving my dog overnight.
