Midnight Sun is a place to feel connected and be at home. Classes and the instructors here led me to deepen my practice and become a yoga teacher. All of the instructors can suggest modifications for postures to meet you where you’re at. There’s a class for everyone!
MSYC is a fabulous group of community members who treat you as friends the first time they meet you. Caring, courteous and they offer the full spectrum of skill levels for the beginner, the experienced, and those who just want to make the practice their own- wherever they’re at. I admire and respect every instructor for their gift and am so grateful they are there to share their talents in a warm and supportive environment.
