Key worked! 4x the price of the Palmer Locksmith down the road and 3x the price of having a Fred Meyer associate use the store's machine at the auto parts aisle, but the service was convenient and the key worked (which is more than I can say for the copy that the Fred Meyers associate made for me last week). Paying for convenience and reliability, I imagine. Stars docked only for pricing point.

Forgot key 200 miles away from truck. Called and he was buzy but set up a time that worked for me. Professional and in and got it done in 10 min. 125.00$ for two new keys was a bit more than I was expecting but at least it got done.

Having the keys made was a breeze and the keys work better than when I have had them brought into stores to be made in the past. Very smooth! Very cool designs and the shipping was free, even to Alaska! It arrived in a nondescript package, so it was discreet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the keys arrived un-filed (metal shavings still curled around them) which was only a minor inconvenience since I we had to physically removed the metal shavings but didn't affect the functionality. Also a couple of the key designs we chose were apparently pretty big, which I wasn't expecting. They probably said the size in the description and I didn't pay...read full review
