We were new to the area but we signed up month to month with GFF and have loved it. Staff is helpful, equipment is taken care of (maybe not overnight but it is addressed) and the facility is cleaned. The group fitness classes and childcare options for kids up to 6 years old is great too.
They definitely work hard at having lots of class options.
Grizzly is THE family gym to be at here in the Valley!! Classes for all ages, all abilities, at several different times of the day. There are opportunities to save money by challenges, referrals, and sales! Come, introduce yourself, be welcomed and loved on, and….. share of yourself with others. You have much to give, and we want to get to know you.
My family has been going to this gym for the last 4 years and we love it. From the childcare, classes and open gym spaces there is something for our whole family. It’s made a whole lot easier to prioritize fitness. I’m pretty sure we are Addicted to it. -G Korn
