We had a great experience with Falcon through every phase of the building process. Their team kept us updated throughout and was always available to answer our questions. When we brought some ideas that were not feasible they took the time to explain why, understand our ultimate goal and came back with alternative suggestions that would meet our expectations. Their organized approach minimized delays and our home was move-in ready ahead of schedule—finished product exceeding our expectations!!! We don’t intend to need to build again but if we do it’s going to be tough to beat the experience with Falcon.
We found our dream property, and when we were finally ready to build the “forever home” we spoke with several builders. Falcon was the clear front runner from the very first email! The response we received to our inquiry was well thought out, intelligent, and they responded to our questions and concerns with great attention to detail. We were thrilled that the entire project, start to finish, mirrored the thoughtful attention to detail that we saw on that first email. We had consistent communication from every member of the Falcon team every step of the way, which resulted in our dream home coming to life. Throughout the process we were provided regular updates, including many pictures, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We never felt like we lacked communication or were in the dark regarding any part of the process. We had high expectations given Falcon’s exemplary reputation, which they managed to exceed. We can’t recommend them highly enough!!
Falcon built our home in Palmer, GPRA area to be exact. We live out of state but Falcon was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the process and the result. Despite being out of state, Falcon had all the tools to work with us on design in real time via zoom. During those meetings they could tweak things immediately to our liking and we're very thoughtful about layout and satisfying our wants. The house turned out incredible and they were all great to work with the entire time. Our intent has always been to eventually put a second home on the lot and when we do, I'll definitely use them again.
