The team at Kraft were phenomenal with our service. Dennis came out and did the diagnosis that our boiler need to be replaced and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and how he came to that diagnosis as well as answering any questions I had about the process and helping me find the best replacement for the boiler while explaining why he made that recommendation over other boilers. I worked with Maraya over the phone who did an amazing job with communicating and scheduling the services we needed.
