Dennis came out and did the diagnosis that our boiler need to be replaced and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and how he came to that diagnosis as well as answering any questions I had about the process and helping me find the best replacement for the boiler while explaining why he made that recommendation over other boilers. I worked with Maraya over the phone who did an amazing job with communicating and scheduling the services we needed. Brett and Casey were the technicians that came out to do the replacement of the boiler and much like Dennis they did an awesome job explaining everything they did as they installed the new boiler and answering any questions I had. My overall experience with the Kraft team is that they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable through an unfortunate surprise and I will absolutely be working with them again for any future needs.“

Also they installed a bad check valve and after discovering the issue with the newly installed water pump. They came back out to fix the issue.
