From Jesse answering the phone to Jordan arriving at our home the entire experience was excellent, considering the circumstances for our call. Jordan arrived and first thoroughly went over our entire system and didnt just jump to steam the line first. He immediately found and fixed the issue while talking and explaining everything to me as he did it. We have used Homestead in the past for regular maintenance and have always been happy with their service. But this time for what I thought was an emergency and pricey situation I couldn't be happier with their above and beyond service.Service: Sewer repair
An ice plug formed in our main line. I called Homestead at 9:30AM and they were over at our house 2 hours later. They were kind enough to call ahead to give a 30 minute notice.They were very professional, they were considerate to our pets, conscious towards things such as not leaving doors opened, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the situation, fixed it, and gave recommendations on how to avoid it in the future.5/5 without a doubt.
