A few weeks back we had an earthquake, centered around Cantwell. It was big enough that I felt our house shake(5.9..I think). Best guess, it disrupted the sand point and fouled up our well. We ended up having to have a new well drilled, the old one crapped out.
From time of contact with Alaskan Drilling and Dirt Works, we had a new well drilled and running water within 24 hours(approximately).
I have never been more impressed with the customer service and skills of a business. All employees that I encountered were polite, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The owner himself came out after first contact and spoke to both myself and David, and came to check on the work.
Seriously, best customer service I have ever had.

Reviews
After being blown off three times from another company to fix my well these guys came through like champs. On short notice they were able to get out to me today and fix my well issues. Prices were fair and reasonable and overall great customer service from the workers to the owner. Thanks and again gentleman for your hard work and timely service.
They helped me out of a bind in -40 when my water line froze. They later came back and put in a new line and heat tape. The men doing the work were professional and kind under the worst of conditions!
