Ridiculous and completely rude people. The sign says walk ins welcome…you walk in and apparently they are not welcome. there was 3 peoples sitting down on chairs and only one person was working when I walked in and I asked them if they were taking walk ins. They rudely asked me to leave instead of offering me a next available appointment. Sucks that this is one of the only places on the island. Luckily a new place just opened!! Travel up to “Nail the Salon”. Sweet person, great customer service.

Called with no answer during open hours. Drove over and saw the walk ins welcome sign. Walked in and was asked if I had an appointment...to which the answer was no, I tried calling. Asked if anything was available and was just told No. No option to make or schedule an appointment, so I just walked out. Probably great if you are a current client but don't expect service if you are from out of town looking to relax after a long day of walking Kodiak. Get your mani/pedi before arriving because this is the only place in town.

The service was horrible. It was definitely the worst pedicure I have ever received along with it being painful. They didn’t scrub my feet but for about 1 min or do any cuticle care. The employees were extremely rude as well.
